COORPORATE STORY

Our company was established in Bursa/Turkey by Mustafa Özkan, with 38 years of experience, for manufacturing molds, fixtures, special purpose machined parts as well as project based machinery to be used in automobile sector.

In the following years, with R&D project supported by  TUBITAK(Türkish Scientific and Technology Council), Turkey’s first High Pressure Waterjet Pump was developed and together with CNC Waterjet Cutting machine, including software, were released for sale in the market. In Turkey and abroad, patents were obtained and the products were started to be marketed under Mavijet brand.

As per customer requests and market requirements within time, R&D projects were proceeded. Further to 3 axisCNC Waterjet Technology; 3D 5 axis CNC Waterjet Technology as well as 6 axis Pipe Cutting Technology were added. 

Lastly R&D works for 5 and 6 axis gantry type Milling Machines were completed and were released for sale.

Our machines are used in cutting of raw materials such as Stone, Ceramics, Marble, Glass, Sheet Metal, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, Brass etc… and are marketed in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia, Far East and Oceania.

For petroleum pipelines, special purpose customer requested waterjet cutting machines were manufactured to cut pipes with 500 mm diameters and 6 meters length.

In last years for the international tenders and projects, we delivered special machines like Double Headed CNC Water Jet Machine with drilling system operating at CERN in Switzerland as well as 6 by 12 meters 3 D 5 axis Water Machine with drilling and sand cleaning system operating in Pakistan.

Recently we have developed Paint Removal Waterjet Systems to be used in shipyards.
